I would like to suggest that, in this world, they're more on the ball than ours with healthcare for trans individuals. Like, no having to live as your real gender for a year before getting HRT, non-binary people having easy access to things like surgery or HRT, no counselor deciding if you're really trans or not, trans*-related surgical procedures not being considered elective, etc.
Basically, that everything wrong with transgender healthcare is fixed.
