The great thing about the
play_ground is that it's largely player run, except for the few mysteries surrounding the inception of the island and the overarching metaplot. This post is to make suggestions about the who, what, where, when, and why. As long as it doesn't interfere with the aforementioned game unknowns, if you suggest it, it will be true.
For example, you may know that the color (and name) for yellow cabs was selected as the result of a survey which indicated that yellow was the easiest color to spot. What if, in our game's history, the survey had gone a different direction, and people surveyed chose orange? Or lime green? All cabs would be orange or lime green.
THE WORLD IS YOUR PLAYGROUND. LITERALLY.

I would like to suggest that, in this world, they're more on the ball than ours with healthcare for trans individuals. Like, no having to live as your real gender for a year before getting HRT, non-binary people having easy access to things like surgery or HRT, no counselor deciding if you're really trans or not, trans*-related surgical procedures not being considered elective, etc.
Basically, that everything wrong with transgender healthcare is fixed.
