The key that your character received is for a fully furnished apartment in The Starlight, located in Midtown. It's a modern 14-story mid-block building with 131 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments. It has many amenities including a doorman/concierge, a gym, an indoor poor, and a rooftop terrace. Your character doesn't have to live there, but since the apartment is completely paid for, it's better than nothing (at least for now.)

ROFLMAO Jono will just grumble forever because he can't ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL MATT BACK to say "fuck off, wanker" and sulk forever about it.

on an amusedly related note, Jono physically smells. Well...his bio-chamber smells and in canon it's very noticeable to people WITHOUT enhanced senses (much in the same vein as Kurt's BAMF smells) so I imagine that Matt will probably have a hard time in general just standing near the guy. To which Jono will be positively mortified.
